We are looking for a Head of IT \/ CIO to lead the IT function and help the company move to the next level of technological efficiency.<\/p>\n

    • Hands-on experience integrating ready-made solutions, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of infrastructure for customer service, contact centers, service operations, outsourcing, or adjacent areas.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to identify practical opportunities for AI and automation in business processes.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication with C-level executives, operations teams, and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to quickly find, evaluate, and implement effective technology solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Maturity in information security, service stability, and compliance.<\/li>\n
    • English level sufficient to work in an international environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
