  • Build a long-term UX strategy for the product ecosystem.<\/li>\n

  • Develop the design system and ensure consistency across UI, UX, visual language, interaction patterns, and tone of voice.<\/li>\n
  • Introduce AI tools into UX workflows, research, prototyping, content generation, and automation.<\/li>\n
  • Raise the quality bar for design craft: visual design, interaction quality, information architecture, and accessibility.<\/li>\n
  • Develop Lead\/Senior designers, strengthen the design team, and build a culture of ownership.<\/li>\n

    • 7+ years of experience in Product \/ UI \/ UX Design.<\/li>\n
    • 2+ years in a leadership role such as Design Lead, Head of Design, Head of Product Design, Design Director, or similar.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with marketplaces, classifieds, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or high-scale consumer products.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in multi-product organizations or platform \/ ecosystem-level products.<\/li>\n
    • Experience managing a design team and developing design leaders.<\/li>\n
    • Strong hands-on background with web products and mobile apps.<\/li>\n
    • Experience shaping UX strategy and developing design systems.<\/li>\n
    • Practical experience with JTBD, CJM, UX Research, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.<\/li>\n
