We are looking for a General Manager / Operations Lead in Ukraine — a leader who can represent the company across government, military, and industry, aligning key stakeholders around a shared mission: accelerating the deployment of technologies that have real impact on the battlefield.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Occam in Ukraine across the defense ecosystem
- Build and maintain relationships with: drone manufacturers, defense innovation organizations, military leadership, government stakeholders
- Align partners and stakeholders around shared operational goals
- Support coordination between engineering teams and external partners
- Help ensure the successful deployment of Occam systems across the ecosystem
- Support the operational growth of the company in Ukraine
This role requires a leader who understands both the Ukrainian defense ecosystem and the realities of building and deploying technology in this environment.
